I used Bluetooth because even though its slower Bluetooth is safer, more effective and it will process as long as you give it time. Bluetooth is also free. Some bad things are that you can't connect unless you connect to phones close to you.

I also think that the HTC sensation xl is a very good phone and it could also be used by the student but I chose the Samsung galaxy s2 as the battery last longer so the student can access the internet while he has long days at school but otherwise they are very similar.

I think the nokia tablet could also be used by the reporter because it is small light and would take photographs and he could just simply send them but the only problem is that the iPod 2 has a better camera and seeing how this is so important to the photographer I chose the ipad 2

The ipod touch is a very good choice and I would have chosen this over the Sony walkman but I had to take the owner into consideration and the factory worker could be not very good with technology and the walkman has a larger memory

I chose the hp pavilion over the apple laptop as the pavilion its easier to work and it has a better camera for video calls this is overall better for the builder as he does not know a lot about technology

The mechanisms taking place in p6 are individual passwords so this stops piggybacking and war driving. Once this is in place the likely of this happening is next to none. This is because your password is safe. Also the way to stop phone hacking is to put a password on your phone but don’t make it obvious like your D.O.B etc. This will therefore stop your phone data being stolen. You should run scans frequently to make sure you are safe. You also can stop social problems in the work place.
This can be stopped by using a work place policy which allows you to go on websites like facebook but if it's distracting your work you get sacked. Or another way to stop it is to ban websites that might distract the workers.

The main differance between 3g and wi-fi is the speed of the network. wi-fi is normally a lot faster than 3g. This is because you are closer so the signal is stronger. wi-fi allows you to access all areas of the internet faster than 3g however email sites are faster on 3g it costs to send a picture message

I used the the magnetic tool to cut cut out the faces of some people and too add them on to peoples bodies

I used the eraser tool too get rid of any part of the person i did not want

i also used the blur tool because it makes the image of the person head blend

Then i used illistrator to add in the logo

the copyright law is when someone who has done their own work and then someone has copied or in some cases stolen there work for there own use. the copyright includes distributing, altering, and displaying creative, literary and other. 
If someone states that they took your work for use but have told then it is acceptable. 

The intellectual law

the intellectual law is a legal concept which refers to creations of mind for exclusive rights are recognized under intellectual property law owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets

   A local band would like a logo designed for their website this needs to be combined with their band photo.
As the group want a logo and text i will use Photoshop to do this. the reason i will use Photoshop is. it is easy to blend pictures making. The blending of the band will help easily because they will all be together. the logo we have made for the group will also need 

A builder wants some eye catching text for the side of his van to improve business opportunitiesI think the builder should use vectors because you can zoom in on the text that you use and it won't come up all pix elated.
The nursery on the estate would like a flyer designed to promote their facility.

For the nursery i would use PDF because if you create the poster on publisher and you send it to the nursery, but if the nursery have not got publisher and you send it to the nursery it can be opened on any computer and print it off if it's saved as a PDF.

The band logo was made in illustrator so it becomes a vector image
